THE MIND RELAXATION MEDITATION Part 2

Beta waves, alpha, theta and delta are the building blocks of mind awareness. The fourth wave was operating in a complex composition that determines the fabric of our state in a moment. Types and combinations of brain waves to determine the conditions of consciousness at any one time. Everyone has a distinctive brain wave. The uniqueness is evident in the composition of the four types of wave at a given time. The composition of brain waves to determine the level of consciousness. But this will not always be the same all the time. We can actually consciously, with a particular method, to manage the composition of our brain waves in order to benefit ourselves. Including brings us to the state of mind to relax or even zero. 

Back in our purpose to deal with stress then, let's Relax the mind. 
When experiencing stress, our minds are controlled by the state of consciousness type of beta. 
Someone who is in a panic, worried, anxious or uncomfortable and tense indicates an open beta wave patterns (spayed beta). To cure it we need to consciously lower the brain waves into alpha, theta or delta with a particular technique. 


How  technique lowers brain waves, follow the following simple explanation: 
Here is one practical guidance for men Zero Mind Process to reduce stress by making it Relax your mind with the Mind Relaxation, spend 10-20 minutes alone and practice practical steps. 

For starters, do the passive relaxation of the body (in a way that has been described in the subject's body relaxation) earlier. 
While you enjoy the sensation arising from the passive relaxation of the body, usually wild thoughts will come into our minds. 
Do not make the effort to control those thoughts, but let those thoughts ran on for a while, so running out of energy. The mind will take the opportunity provided by you, then he will jump back and forth like a monkey who is bound of the chain, until gradually reduced from the wild and looking at you to accept your commands. 
Continue to enjoy the breath deeply and exhale slowly. 
Sit down with both to the respiratory tract to be smooth and open, but do not strain. Allow yourself to relax and breathe naturally. Next, concentrate your attention on your breathing, feel the rhythm and hear you breath .... For beginners do Meditation or Mind Relaxation at least once a day for 10 to 20 minutes. 
Meditation or Mind Relaxation proved very effective in improving mental health, improve memory, concentration and logical thinking, enhance creativity and stimulate the intuition. 

In addition to the method of Zero Mind Process Meditation, relaxation of the mind through meditation can be done by concentrating on one word / wording or the carefully selected sounds, called rapal or spell. 
With silent meditation repeating rapal / spells, such as musical sing harmony in consciousness. And the concentration of highly concentrated to rapal / spells, coupled with rhythmic breathing and deep, can create irregular brain waves.Brain waves change from beta to alpha. Here are practical ways to practice meditation relaxation of the mind of this type:

Repeat many times until approximately 10-15 minutes. 
And enjoy a relaxed state of mind. This exercise can you go while doing other activities.
